Outmind was present at the 20th Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), which took place between 20 and 24 October 2011 at the Lisboa Congress Centre, as a supplier of Interactive Digital Signage equipment for the French company Bioderma.
While traditional TV screens are becoming commonplace and unexciting, it became once again patent that the smart use of interactivity - in this case, a quiz that challenged visitors' knowledge on various topics of the congress - led to a dramatic increase in visits to Bioderma's booth, with nonstop queues of people of various nationalities eager to interact with the game.
In addition to the opportunity to direct a powerful advertising message to the visitors, Bioderma added to its database a significant number of new potential customers, since the system allowed the (voluntary) registration of users contact information.
