On January 17, 2011, Outmind held its first OpenDay in its new facilities in ICAT / Faculty of Science.

The event began with brief speeches from some partners who kindly shared their knowledge on these matters. João Lima, from Samsung, presented the state of the art in a technological perspective. João Marques, Managing Director of Millward Brown, described the vision of a leader in market research. Finally, Jaime Kopke, from Hamlet, spoke about trends in modern B2B and B2C communication, emphasizing the important role of Digital Signage as an Out-Of-Home channel.

Among the participants there were representatives from Auchan, Sonae Sierra, Sonaecom, Mundicenter, EDP, ANA airports, McDonalds, Trivalor Group and Vexcorp.
Next, the guests visited Outmind's showroom and saw some state-of-the-art digital signage solutions, capable of synchronizing the emission of scents and special effects (smoke and liquid) with the contents on advertising screens.
