Nuno Fradique Vieira is the head of the company. He has degrees in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Instituto Superior Tecnico, Portugal, an MBA and a MSc in Management, both from NOVA School of Business and Economics, Lisbon, Portugal. He also specialized in Marketing and Consumer Behavior at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Nuno worked as consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) prior to becoming IT director at Sonae.

In 2007, Nuno and other partners began the project that would give birth to Outmind.
